The Açaí berry (pronounced ah-sigh-EE) is one of the most nutritious and most powerful foods in the world. Native to tropical Central and South America, from Belize to the Brazilian Amazon, the Açaí is a delicious, highly-prized purple berry that possesses potent antioxidant properties. These antioxidant nutrients help to seek out and destroy roaming free radicals that can frustrate good health and drain your body of energy.

Açaí is rich in B vitamins, vitamin E, minerals such as iron and calcium, fiber, proteins, Omega fatty acids, amino acids and anthocyanin, a member of the flavonoid class of antioxidants.

Açaí from Trace Minerals Research contains natural fruit juices from pomegranate, blueberry, red sour cherry and other fruit juices to provide the maximum antioxidant nutrients available in one supplement.

To complete the formula we added ConcenTrace®, our signature proprietary ionic complex of over 70 trace minerals and elements. These ions help to supercharge the nutrients in Açaí for greater absorption and assimilation for optimum health benefits.

Acai contains:

Pomegranate Concentrate—naturally rich in antioxidants, including polyphenols, tannins, punicalagin, anthocyanins and ellagic acid, which are members of the polyphenol family, they possess unmatched antioxidant fighting characteristics to promote healthy cardiovascular function and to reduce oxidative stress on the cells.

Blueberry Concentrate—rich in antioxidants with a high ORAC value to help resist oxidative stress; good source of vitamin C, fiber; high in flavonoids called anthocyanosides. Anthocyanosides help in maintaining the integrity of blood vessels, as well as helping to stabilize collagen. They are also potent antioxidants.

Red Sour Cherry—rich in antioxidants with a high ORAC value; 19 times as much vitamin A and beta carotene as strawberries and blueberries; anti-inflammatory properties; high in fiber and potassium and contain iron, magnesium, vitamins C, B6, E and folic acid; low in fat and sodium.
