High quality folic acid & helps with methylation

This product was prescribed to my daughter and I by BOTH our ND and our MD for the folic acid content and to help the methylation cycle in the treatment of Lyme Disease. It may be a good idea to start slow with 1/3 - 1/4 of a capsule or less to test the waters. This product may be used for both children and adults. Good idea to have your practitioner's input on how to dose.
