I've been using Aller-Essentials for 2 weeks now. I have sinusitis and emphysema. The doctor had suggested Zyrtec or Claritin to keep the sinuses from aggravating the emphysema. Those didn't seem to do much. A friend had recommended Aller-Essentials to someone else because she had experienced dramatic results with her allergies. Having overheard that conversation, I decided to try it and ordered the 60 dose bottle.
The friend who recommended it didn't have perfect results, but drastically better than anything else she had tried. My experience was similar. Where Zyrtec had eliminated a lot of the phlegm getting into my lungs, there seemed to be more with Aller-Essentials. But, along with that, lung power seemed to improve so that it was much easier to fully clear the lungs with a normal cough. Also, there seemed to be an improvement in breathing capacity -- longer uphill walks were possible. And. just as I started the Aller-Essentials, we went into a period where we had code Orange air quality pretty much most of the time I've been taking it. So, these improvements were coming at a time when my symproms should have been getting worse. I'm looking forward to seeing how much more is possible when air quality is better!
Pros:It's easy to take and it works well.
Cons:If you're new to Aller-Essentials, how much to get, based on dosage is a well hidden secret on every website I looked at. It was only when the bottle arrived that I found out I needed to take 2-4 caps a day. Knowing that before I ordered, I probably would have gotten the 120 cap jar instead of the 60 caps.
