Andrographis (Andrographis paniculata) has long been used in Indian, Chinese and Korean cultures. Due to several recent clinical studies it is now being used in the west as an herbal supplement.

The active ingredients are a family of compounds known as andrographolides. Safety studies and clinical trials evaluated by Progena have not reported any toxic effects.

Excellent Product

I'm using Andrographis as part of a Lyme disease/Babesia protocol and have experienced excellent results when using this in conjunction with a number of other products from pureformulas. The results have been SO much better than what I have experienced from numerous bouts of antibiotics. For anyone with chronic Lyme disease, please read Stephen Harrod Buhner's book "Healing Lyme." It's been a life-saver.
