Great Way To Increase Your Fiber Intake

This product was an impulse buy & I'm glad I added it to my cart. While I didn't find it tasty enough to eat by itself, it is a wonderful addition to your favorite yogurt. Great way to boost your fiber!
Pros:Not great tasting, but not bad either!
Easy way to increase your fiber by adding it to your favorite foods like yogurt.
Cons:For me, it was too chalky to be eaten by itself without choking on it. But I didn't plan on eating it by itself anyway.
