a good addition to an L-Arg Stack

I'm using L-Arginine in my diet to help increase N.O. production and therefore vasodilation. Arginine helps a great deal in keeping my blood pressure down naturally. I found that just taking L-Arginine in Arginine, it tends to taper off quickly in my body. Therefore, I also recommend buying Arginine along with the extended release form that Pureformulas sell called Doctors Best sustained release tabs. What I take as a stack in the morning on an empty stomach is Arginine plus the sustained release version and a scoop of powered Alpha-Keto-Glutarate. Umm.. yeah I can feel the pump then. I usually take Arginine and then goto the gym and hit cardio AND weights. Makes for a great workout AND when I get home to check the B.P.... it's always a nice 115-120 over 60-70. Bye bye B.P. meds!
Pros:Have to take about 3000mg-5000mg per dose to get the effect of lowering B.P. and significantly increasing sustained N.O. levels.
Lowers Blood Pressure
Helps Strip Fat
Increases and Volumizes Muscles tissues.
Cons:Have to take quite a bit to keep it in your system
