Candida control

Been using Astra Garlic for years now. It keeps my candida under control very effectively. When you first start taking it, I would recommend doing 2tabs/3x day between meals, so the effects from the die off are minimal.....say for about 3 days, then take the full 3tabs/3x day.
Once the candida is under control, I just take 3tabs/1x day. At the full dose, my cholesterol also came down 40 points after 6 mo.
Remembering to take it between meals is challenging, but well worth it if you get in the routine.
My acupuncurist recommended the product.

full dose is 9 tablets per day
having to take the dose in between meals
