I have three children, with my first two I took the suppliments provided by my regular doctor. I could not stomach them due to pregnancy sickness. When I did take them they sat in me like rocks, my body could not absorb nutrients from them nor digest them. With my third pregnancy I was introduced to the Baby and me suppliment line by my nutritionist. I could take them and stomach them. I was able to digest and absorb them. I had no more bloating or digestion problems, and I saw an improvement in my skin and whole body function. I am now nursing and continue with the suppliments, with them my body does not feel starved, and my milk supply is not coming from my bones and pulled away from other parts in need, I am able to nurish both myself and my baby. I have been using the Baby and me line for 14months and will continue to through the whole post period.
