Adults take 1 tablespoon early in the day, with food. Child's dose is 1/2 to 1 tablespoon per day. May be divided into 2-3 doses for ideal absorption. Take last dose before 4pm if sleep disturbance is seen.

Please start B-Complex at a low dose and increase gradually over a period of 1 to 2 weeks, to give the body time to adjust. People often report feeling a little nervous or restless when they increase their B vitamin dosage. This effect should pass in a few days. Everyone has different needs, so reduce your dosage or split it into multiple doses with meals if excessive restlessness or sleeplessness is noted.

Children on the autistic spectrum often do well on a higher dose of B vitamins than other individuals, and may require the full adult dosage. Please consult your health practitioner as needed.

Note: B vitamins are water soluble, so the body will excrete excess amounts. B vitamins can turn urine a bright fluorescent yellow, which is perfectly normal.
