Blood tests showed I was low in the B vitamins and my ND recommended B-Complex. It contains all I need, and has helped supplement what my body was lacking. I also am pleased that B-Complex doesn't contain substances I'm intolerant of.
Pros:B vitamins are often cultured on a potato base, but these aren't, and thus safe for me to take. (I am very intolerant of potatoes, so this is very important to me!)
Cons:- It must be kept in the airtight glass bottle until use --ie., no putting it in daily/weekly dose sort of dispenser in advance. Minor issue though.
- If I don't take it with a significant amount of food it upsets my stomach
