I agree with other reviews about the filler issue. I would use more Dr Best products but avoid them due to the number of fillers in their product line. I am pleased that Best Brain Magnesium does not contain any fillers and is also a veggie cap. Now just a warning that these caps are a little long and might be difficult for some folks to swallow. Perhaps opening the capsules and taking it as a powder would work but it might be advisable to contact Dr Best first and see if Best Brain Magnesium can be taken that way. (I assume it's ok cause there are powdered versions out there that contain the Magtein). I like that Best Brain Magnesium is made with the Magtein magnesium, which has a lot of science backing up its claims of being highly bioavailable to the brain. Mag Threonate is often reported to have lower gastrointestinal side effects than other forms of mag but I must admit that after being on this for a week, I am having some gastro symptoms. So will back it down to 1 cap, or stop it if necessary, and see if it’s Best Brain Magnesium or something else that is going on with me. Also the suggested dose is 150 mg, which is 2 caps daily, so 1 bottle is a month supply and that makes Best Brain Magnesium a little pricey.
Little bit pricey
