Good for Menstrual Clotting
January 30, 2014
One month of use reduced the pain of severe menstrual clotting by at least 90% in my estimation. Menses occurred easily; not the usually tension and strain that normally happens on the first day. Clots literally just slipped on out. This may be TMI, but I'm hoping this information will help the misery of any woman suffering from the pain of menstrual clots. Estrogen dominance (according to Dr John Lee, author of What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause...and Premenopause) is a significant contributor to blood clots in the body in general, and so I used this enzyme for it's non-toxic, blood-thinning features together with natural progesterone cream. Progesterone cream by itself was amazing in easing the misery of the monthly cycle by counteracting the effects of excess estrogen, BUT, Nattokinase was significant in relieving the pain that would occur from the passing of thickened, clotted blood. on the last day of menstruation, it was common for me to experience one last ripping, tearing, wrenching sensation before it came to a complete end. Prior to incorporating nattokinase, progesterone use did not help this discomfort at all. I used to dread the last day of my cycle on account of the nasty, unforgiving pain. Nattokinase (just one month's use) eliminated that hell on earth experience for me. I used 15 capsules per day...divided doses, empty stomach, 1 hour before any type of solid food. I'm so glad this is available for purchase; if not, I'd have to suffer the side effects from high-dose ibuprofen to deal...
Pros:I like that it comes in large quantities per container.
