May Not Be For Me

I have chronic gastritis so I have been looking for a low potency multi vitamin. The formula for this product calls for 3 pills a day. I find I can only take one. Main issue with this formula seems to be that it's a little too strong in minerals. The search for something suitable has been frustrating but it will have to continue.

The vitamins in the formula seems to be OK
Cons:
Minerals are a little too strong for me
