Bio-Vegetarian was recommended by my natureopathic doctor when coming down with a sinus infection. It works. I have had great success in fighting off colds too. Once you have a symptom of cold start taking two every hour for a day. I then just take two in am. find what amount works for you. Then just the normal one a day. No other 'drugs' necessary.

I was sceptical but at the first signs of my cold I loaded up on these and my sinuses and head cold stoped from becoming a full blown cold. It must have been these because I didn't take any other cold medecine besidec my regular vitamins. Great stuff. Maybe I should start taking it regularly :)
