This is a very good supplement to help keep our bones strong. It was recommended to me by a number of holistic physicians and it is a favorite of mine. You cannot beat the many good ingredients found in this product!
Pros:
The many ingredients that are vital for our bone health are in this formula.
Cons:
The size of the tablets is a bit large for me personally, if they could make them smaller or thinner I would like them more but I will still take them either way.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
