I started taking the wafers a month ago. The benefits of taking this, is by far greater than without taking it.
Pros:
I know it is good for my bones, so I take it
Cons:
Sometimes the taste gets me. But it isn't a bad taste, just unusual texture.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
