Calm Spirit is a gentle, calming and balancing blend of Chinese herbs that strengthens the nervous system without causing drowsiness. My doctor prescribes it for me and I would highly recommend it.

I've been using Calm Spirit for years. It works quietly, behind the scenes. No jarring change, just a gradual realization that the anxiety is fading, then gone. Leaves my thinking and feelings in a balanced and calm state. It's great!
