It's all in the name!

My naturopath prescribed Calm/Recharge to me. I am familiar with the superior quality of ARG's products and Calm/Recharge does not disappoint. I am taking it for anxiety, adrenal fatigue and insomnia and I have seen dramatic positive results in my sleep patterns. Talk to your practitioner about it!
Pros:
Easy to digest, tastes pretty good.
Cons:
A little grainy but tolerable.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Calm/Recharge recommended for cancer

I have taken this product for several months based on a recommendation from naturalpathic oncologist. I thought it's purpose was to calm me down (which I do not need) but I was told it was very good for cancer. Since I take so many homeopathic supplements in addition to standard chemotheraphy, it is impossible to know which supplement is helping/harming.
Pros:
The taste is awful even when mixed with yoghurt but tolerable.
Cons:
the product was very pricey from my naturalpathic (even with a 20% discount but I found by ordering in bulk (3 packages) at a time, I was able to greatly lower the costs.
