Being a teacher is stressful enough, and I could not sleep and felt like I could not relax. I began taking Catalyn only a few days ago, and it has made so much difference in my attitude and my sleeping patterns. I am able to really relax.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I've taken Catalyn, on and off, for more than a year. It works for me, better than any other multi-vitamin I can recall. In fact, I can't remember the names of the others, but I can remember Catalyn. And I can remember Standard Process, the parent company. To me, a non-brand-name-type person, that says a lot.
Pros:
I gave some tablets to a friend who was having a BAD day, and she perked right up. In fact, she's now taking Catalyn on a regular basis. This says two things to me: she really, really needed the vitamins and minerals; and this was the medium that got them into her quickly.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
