Best Form of B Vitamins

Over the years, I have taken many forms of vitamin B, but Coenzymate B Complex ranks #1. It is easily absorbed, tastes fine (B vitamins usually taste terrible), and does the trick. Recently, I switched from this brand to another cheaper brand, and within a few days I noticed a drop in energy. I stuck with the new vitamins for two weeks, feeling like something the cat dragged in. Then I gave up and ordered the Coenzymate B Complex again. After a day my energy level came right back up. The moral to the story: There is no point saving a couple of bucks if the product is not going to work.
