Years of research on Vitamin D by Dr. Murphy and Dr. Bellgrau has culminated in the development of Complete Immuno D-3, one of the most powerful formulas available for the immune system. Complete Immuno D-3 contains 2,500 i.u. of Vitamin D-3 (from fish liver oil), and several immune system boosters.

We have known for many years that vitamin D increases calcium absorption and helps develop strong bones and teeth, and that it is highly important for proper muscle function. In recent years, scientists have uncovered some profound effects that Vitamin D has on the immune system and auto immune disorders. In particular, Vitamin D positively affects T cell-mediated immunity and the dendrite cells (dendrite cells, serve up foreign antigens on a silver platter to T-cells).

Caution is advised for sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism and hypercalcemia, as Vitamin D can raise calcium levels, which is good unless your calcium levels are already too high.
