Add four stars for budget price, miss one star because nothing will ever get the prostate working like it used to

I think the effect is short term. That means a couple of things. 1) Taking a capsule or two before bed won't help you pee when you wake up in 7 or 8 hours. 2) Taking a capsule or two in the evening will be more useful that taking it before you go to bed. 3) Just a hypothesis I'm working on, but I think spreading out four capsules throughout the day is more useful than taking two in the morning and two in the evening.
I've had about equal results with saw palmetto taken solely for at least a month and nettle root extract taken solely for at least a month. Put them together into one capsule? No complaints here. But, just, nothing really is totally satisfying. Sufficient that there's something to keep the flow going, if not dramatically then at least sufficiently at least to keep my bladder from exploding, which would require clean-up in Aisle 3.
There are a lot of unanswered questions. Is it better to take a capsule with or without food? Are there foods or drinks which affect the pee-pee rate, either for better or worse, which are not recognized for their influence? Has anyone developed an allergy to any of these herbals after taking them for an extended length of time?
4 capsules provide 15 mg of Zinc, which is the maximum dose for long-term supplementation. If you want to try adding an extra dose of herbals, you should have some plain herbals around -- without extra ingredients -- for that experiment.
Pros:Price is good. Ingredients are good. Works as unimpressively as any combination of saw palmetto and nettle root extract, but it will keep you flowing until you've had enough and decide to go for the laser up the urethra.
Or, you can get the do-it-at-home kit, with the tiny little grapefruit spoon with the long, slender handle, which you can use to dig out interfering prostate tissue.
Cons:The world is getting more and more frantic. What happens if I'm separated from my supply of prostate-herbs? Also, I found some plain nettle root capsules, and I tried them for a week. They were useless. It must be nettle root "Extract." Good to start taking the proper stuff, again.
