CoQ-10 was recommended to me by my doctor over a year ago - not just for overall heart health - but for bleeding gums. My doctor specifically wanted me to use this Ortho Molecular Product as the soft gel capsule is most effective. I found immediate improvement in my gums and feel generally healthier, with an improvement in my blood pressure.
