A Good Alternative to Gatorade

I asked my chiropractor if he knew of a hydrating drink that doesn't have the sugar and coloring that are present in Gatorade and similar drinks. He told me about Endura and I have used it for the better part of a year. I usually put fruit juice in with it.

Great For Electrolyte Balance

I was constantly dehydrating because of an illness and doc prescribed this twice daily and helped tremendously. I sometimes take it more often. It is full of vitamins and minerals and no sugars which actually hurt in the long run.
