
Once you press the “checkout” button, we get moving. And since our shipping department has its craft down to a science, we ship out your order the same day you place it. Place your order before 2 p.m. Eastern Time and once we verify billing and shipping information, we will carefully pack and ship your order the same day. Refrigerated products need more care and might ship the next day. Did we mention shipping is free?
Same-day shipping doesn’t apply if your order is placed over the weekend or on major U.S. holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. (We celebrate holidays too.) But you’ll get your order soon after.
Are you in Hawaii? Puerto Rico? Guam? Don’t worry. We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. We even ship to military postal addresses. We don’t ship to other countries though, sorry.
We try to minimize backorders as much as possible, but if your item is backordered, we’ll stay on top of it. We’ll notify you by email and will ship it as soon as it’s available, usually within a week or less.
When you select our Free Shipping option, your order will arrive via the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, usually within 4-7 business days, (psst. we are known to under-promise and over-deliver). Delivery time varies, depending on the carrier and the destination. Don’t forget to allow extra time for weekends and holidays.

If the status is “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order is in the shipping process, but may not have left the warehouse yet. To get more detailed information, check the tracking number for your order.
Temperature-sensitive items get extra care for shipping. This includes Air
Shipping using ice packs and a
Styrofoam Cooler. We automatically add these extras, along with a
flat cooler fee. But if you’d rather not pay the fee, it’s no problem to remove this packaging from your order. Standard ground shipping is free, but you might want to upgrade to expedited shipping.
Cooler orders will be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you place
your order on a Thursday or Friday, we will ship it the following Monday, just
so it does not sit in a UPS truck over the weekend.
Also, expect ice packs to melt before your order arrives. They ALWAYS melt during transit and that’s OK. They’re meant to provide 24 to 48 hours of protection, which should be more than enough to keep your items safe during transit. Remember, your items can withstand room temperature for up to 2 weeks without being affected.
