When the ovaries begin to shut down, the only remaining source of progesterone is the adrenal glands. The modern world takes a terrible toll on these glands. In many cases, the adrenals are too weak to ever produce the amount of progesterone you need. These women may need to use a progesterone creme for most of their lives. Other women might need such a creme only for a few months, while Transitions™ or ProFema™ rebuild adrenal strength.

Serving Size: 1/4 Teaspoon

Ingredients:
Natural, micronized USP progesterone and 2.5% standardized black cohosh in a base of purified water, safflower oil, vegetable glycerin, Vitamins E & C, natural cetyl alcohol, sorbitan palmitate, polysorbate 40, wild yam extract,
almond jojoba, sesame, and avocado oils, extracts of red raspberry, nettles, chaste tree, dong quai, blue cohosh, damiana, Irish moss, eleuthero root, burdock root, hops, uva ursi, passion flower, lemon balm, squaw vine, yellow dock, Sargassum sea minerals, allantoin, peach oil, citrus seed extract, sodiumhydroxymethyglycinate (natural enzyme preservative).

Mensturating women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 15th day following the first day of menstrual flow. Continue through day 28. Perimenopausal women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily, beginning on the 8th day following the first day of menstural flow. Continue though day 28. Menopausal women: 1/4 teaspoon, twice daily for 21 days. Take one week off, then resume. After 3 cycles, reduce to once daily.
