I have had fibro for years and nothing but massage helped with the knots. My counter was overflowing with vitamins that never really helped, and then I happened upon the Metagenics Fibroplex. Love the Stuff.
Pros:
It does help with preventing tissue knotting and irritation.
Cons:
That of course like anything it doesnt work over night. Just hang in there and after my first bottle the smallest size you can purchase was gone I was reaping the benefits.

I have had fibro for decades--45 yrs. Very little of a huge variety of treatments i have tried--prescription, homeopathic, herbal, naturopathic, etc. has helped -- FIBROPLEX HAS!
Fibroplex was recommended several months ago. I have been taking Fibroplex now for about 5 months. The difference is quite dramatic for me. Less muscle pain and overall tenderness. Reduced stiffness overall and pain in feet when I get up or want to move. I tried to reduce the dose--no go. I sleep better because of reduced pain. My quality of life is somewhat better overall. It is definitely worth the expense--and difficulty swallowing as these are horse pills!

My physician suggested I take this supplement a few years ago. I did so by purchasing it from her office. However it was becoming a problem to get there to purchase it during her working hours. I stopped taking it for a few weeks and found I hurt all over (fibromyalgia). I was very happy to find I could purchase it on line and have it delivered to my door. I have started taking it again, and I feel much better. Thank you.

I have been taking Fibroplex for several years now at the recommendation of my primary care doctor to help manage my pain from Fibromyalgia. It's one of those things that you don't realize is really helping until you run out! I was out of Fibroplex for a month and I felt like I was 100 years old ... aching everywhere... with no relief until I got it back into my system. Fibroplex takes away all those annoying pains ... some from fibromyalgia and others... like my thumb joint ... probably from arthritis. Keeping a steady amount in my system really improves my quality of life. I recommend anyone with Fibromyalgia take this on a regular basis. Find the amount that works best for you. I use two in the morning and two at night. I won't run out again!
