From time to time I have trouble sleeping. I can take one capsule an hour before bed, and usually sleep through the night. It works well, but I have to be cautious not to take it when I don't need it, as I can have a "sleepy hangover" meaning that after sleeping a full night, I will either wake up feeling groggy, or will need an additional mid-morning nap in order to feel refreshed.
Cons:I must monitor myself carefully paying attention to how energized or relaxed I feel before bedtime. If I am comfortable, I skip the dose at night and sleep well. If I am very energized, then one capsule really calms me and allows restful sleep.
