Tried it on a recommendation

I tried it on a recommendation and was happy to find out price was reasonable. First 10 days I used 2 capsules twice a day,(4 in total) half hour before lunch and half hour before dinner. I chose these two meals just because I eat a fruit breakfast and it's the least heavy meal of the day, and thought this meal had no fat I wanted to dispose of. Somehow it my head it made sense, perhaps scientifically it makes no sense at all. Lost about two pounds, not much to talk about, but my clothes started fitting looser. After the 10 days I decided to only have 1 capsule a day half hour before breakfast. I continued to lose weight, nevertheless. It is now a few days less than a month since I started and I have lost 8 pounds and definitely, my clothes fit much better. I have been about 20 pounds overweight since I entered menopause 3 years ago and avoiding certain foods that make most people gain weight was not working. Foods such as wine and sugar. I still eat the same foods and even so, my weight has come off.
