This supplement keeps "things going" nicely without cramping. It is NOT a replacement for regular fiber in your diet, so continue to eat smart.
Pros:
It works and agrees with my natural system.
Cons:
People can become lazy and use this instead of eating natural, healthy fiber.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
