Research has shown that Borage Oil’s medicinal effects can be traced to its high level (20-25%) of a therapeutic fat called Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA). Once processed by the body, GLA is converted into substances that can block inflammation. In Borage Oil, GLA seems to calm inflammation overall, making it an attractive treatment option for arthritis, PMS, menstruation, endometriosis and fibrocystic breasts. Each capsule provides: GLA 200-250 mg and LA 260-400 mg.
