We were prescribed this by our physician along with a few other choice supplements to boost our immune systems. We had been getting a lot of pneumonia, streps, other infections.

Since using this, we have only had small colds, 1-2 days at most! Amazing!
Pros:
It works! And it makes a blender drink a little thicker and frothy! Wonderful.
Cons:
You have to blend it up because when the powder is just mixed in liquid with a spoon, it can clump up and get gluey and that is not pleasant to drink.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

This product is awesome! I've been using it since summer '10 and the combo of this and high dose probiotics is what has helped me tremendously with a stubborn case of perioral dermatitis. As a side benefit, my husband was very sick with bronchitis this past fall and NEVER has he been sick like that without me catching it too. I was in close quarters with him for a couple weeks during his illness and I didn't get the least bit sick. That's a miracle for me! Same thing happened when I went back to visit family up north in the winter. Everyone was sick but I didn't catch it.
Pros:
Taste is not offensive, very mild. I'm just thrilled that it works so well! Doesn't need to be refridgerated and has a long shelf life.
Cons:
It doesn't mix well but I overlook that. It doesn't bother me to mix with a fork in room temp water and still have to swallow some chunks. Like I said, the taste is mild so it's more of a texture issue. It's costly too, that's another con for me.
