I'm taking InflaMed for inflammation instead of nsaids. Prescribed by my NP. I take 2 once a day away from meals. I'm on my 2nd month. Grateful that it seems to be helping and I don't have to risk adverse effects of Advil,etc.
Pros:
That it's a non- pharmaceutical remedy and love that it's in veggie caps!
Cons:
It's pricey, even with the gracious pf discount.

InflaMed really does reduce inflammation

Sometimes the only way to know if a supplement is working, is to stop taking it. I'd been taking InflaMed for at least three years, to reduce the pain and inflammation in one knee which had been injured years before. Due to increasing costs of supplements and reduced income, I cut my dose of InflaMed to the minimum. Over the summer months my knee swelled up so much that I had difficulty walking. So I upped the dose to four a day, and immediately (within a week) noticed the pain and swelling leaving me. I still have to be a bit careful, but now I can do most of the activities I want to do, including hiking and biking.
Pros:
InflaMed contains natural ingredients known to reduce inflammation. It truly does the job and makes a good difference in daily life.
Cons:
InflaMed costs more than I want to pay.
