I have been taking Laurisine for years. Unfortunately I have the Herpes Virus. If I feel it coming on, I take two of these a couple times a day and don't get it. If I happen to get the virus, Laurisine cuts my outbreaks from 10 days to 5 days if I take 2 three times a day. If I take a couple a day regularly, I rarely get outbreaks unless super stressed or eat lots of nuts or both. This from someone who can get 6 or more outbreaks a year. It's better than anything I have ever tried.
