Carnitine deficiencies may present as fatigue, chest pain, muscle pain, weakness, hypotension, and/or confusion. L-Carnitine is good as are most products from this manufacturer. However, at 4 capsules a day (or double that amount as some doctors recommend), the size of this jar and the limited number of capsules don't last more than a few days. A larger size product is needed.
