Perque2 Life Guard

My integrative health care provider recommended PERQUE2 Life Guard to me. My only problem is that, in combination with other recommended supplements, I was getting too much magnesium, which caused diarrhea. I would say to be very careful about what supplements you combine. Make sure you do not make the same mistake. My provider recommended reducing the amount I was taking, and that helped.

I just started taking these Perque 2 Life Guard supplements. I know that Perque makes the Top supplements that you can find. My healthcare consultant recommended Perque to me, I've used their Perque C and vessel guard in the past and have been very happy with knowing that I am using the best quality supplements that I can find.
Pros:
I like the quality ingredients. Well thought out mix of compatible ingredients.
Cons:
It is pricey but worth it.

I contacted pureformula to inquire since my 1st bottle did not have this data. They said they couldn't explain it... second bottle came the same way. The Perque potent C does , but PERQUE2 Life Guard does not. Now i'm wondering whats up.

This brand was highly recommended to me by my M.D. It's a MUCH higher grade of multi vitamins than the liquid multi that I previously used. Comparing the # of servings, the % daily value, and the price... Life Guard Multivitamin is a super value for the money. (For the sale price of $68.62, that's 76 cents/serving if you take 2 a day. Compare the daily allowance to other brands and you'll see the true value.) Perque is a quality product and I can feel the difference in my energy levels after switching to this brand. PureFormulas provides good pricing and quick shipping.

Great multi-vitamin with B's included

Great multi-vitamin with Bs included and you only have to take 2 a day. I read that you should only take vitamins in capsules so I was using Thorne Research's Nutri Fem, which is a great product, but the recommended dose is 8 capsules a day. I was pilled out. Perque's Life Guard is a large tablet. It's reasonable to swallow and has a vanilla flavor so it doesn't leave a yucky aftertaste. I was thinking it was more expensive than other multi-vitamins, but when I did the math, with the lower daily dose, it's actually cheaper than others I was looking at. Be aware that it does have a little Vitamin D in it, in case you take additional D.

Terrific and well worth every penny plus what ever. I am delighted with it and could feel the difference taking it after three weeks. My doctor told me to get it and gave me the address. He has had his entire family taking it for many many years.

This product is a MUST HAVE if you are diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I have had three separate doctors recommend this supplement along with other PERQUE products to my diet. This supplement not only is beneficial to managing Ulcerative Colitis but in helping during times of flare-ups. I have a friend with similar problems as I have with my Ulcerative Colitis and since he has been on the PERQUE supplements he has had no problems and reportedly feels great! It is true that you only get out of your body as much as you put into it. PERQUE has helped with maintaining my overall good health and managing my Ulcerative Colitis.
Pros:
With PERQUE you are guaranteed to be getting the purist of ingredients without the worries of the possibility of unwanted cross contamination that other products cannot guarantee. PERQUE stands behind their products which are backed by clinical research, the results of which are fully published for customer review.
Cons:
This as well as other PERQUE products are not cheap, especially when you compare it to other like products out there but what’s inside the bottle is what counts! How effective the product is and the benefits derived are what set PERQUE apart from the rest. It's hard to put a price on good health, and this product is not cheap, but in my opinion worth the expense.
