Great anxiety supplement

L-Theanine 100 mg is a great supplement to control anxiety. My job is very stressful, but I have to be on my feet and can't risk feeling tired so this is a great way for me to stay calm without feeling fatigued. I take two per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon when things get hectic. I would recommend L-Theanine 100 mg to anyone looking to control anxiety without becoming tired.
Pros:Can take on an empty stomach without upset, doesn't make me tired
