I have found that this l- tryptophan does exactly what it says it does. I am well rested and have a much more balanced mood when I take L-Tryptophan Complete.
Pros:
I love that it is very helpful when I have PMS and unable to sleep through the night, in that regard L-Tryptophan Complete is a life saver.
Cons:
