Weaning down or off medication I take for FIbromylagia, I often find myself tired and blah. L-Tyrosine 500 mg with B-6 was recommended by others going through similar circumstances to take this to jolt those brain receptors that have been running on low or not at all because of the medication. I take one twice a day when needed and I am able to get into my routine with much energy. This amino acid occurs naturally in high protein foods so it is good for you!
Pros:It is natural and no side effects.
Cons:You cannot take it and have coffee or tea.
