May lower blood pressure when taken at bedtime

I have been taking Lyc-O-Mato by Protocol for Life Balance at bedtime per a suggestion from my Integrative Medicine doctor. It seems to help lower my blood pressure. I also take a POO product every morning, so, it could be the combination.
