Eliminates Constipation

I have been taking Mag Citrate - 2 tabs at bedtime - for six years. In addition to other benefits it keeps me regular. Depending upon my digestive system I add 1 tab to speed up, and eliminate 1 tab to slow down.

Mag Citrate helps with regularity of bowel movements

I have been using Metagenics Mag Citrate for about 9 months. I started it at the suggestion of a holistic nurse practitioner who thought that I should be having more bowel movements than I was. She said I was constipated, but I didn't feel that way....it seemed normal to me to have 2 BMs per week. At her suggestion I started taking two Mag Citrate pills a night. It works! I have a BM almost every day. I do think it is better to get the waste out of your system.

It works!
Cons:
Pills are a little large....but I prefer that to taking more pills to get the same dosage.
