I suffer with severe migraines and have tried everything to get rid of the these migraines and read in a wellness magazine that you take Pure Magnesium (ciltrate/malate) products open four of the capsules in four ounces of water w/two Pure calcium pyruvate capsules and mix together and drink it and the migraine will go away. NOT TRUE. Although this is not your products fault, this is why I purchased it and it does not work, so this is way it is a one for me and I wasted me money.
