Slow peristalsis? YOU NEED THIS!

Magnesium Glycinate Chelate has drastically improved the frequency of bowel movements for me and my daughter, who were diagnosed with SIBO (small intestine bacteria overgrowth). We both have a pathogenic form of e.coli, unfortunately. We have used this, along with a PALEO/GAPS/FODMAPs-free diet to get regular and to heal the gut. Some doctors will recommend the magnesium citrate, which can be helpful, but not relied upon. It can basically result in diarrhea. You just pay attention to how many of these is effective for you, from 1-6 per day. The first couple of days I took 2/meal, but didn't need to after the 2nd day. Cut down to 3, and after a week only need around 2 per day with a meal. When stool is laying in the gut longer than necessary, it perpetuates SIBO. So yay for this supplement! Of course there are others that pureformulas sell that are absolutely necessary to get rid of SIBO too. Look at Interfase plus, Para Biotic plus,...Take a look at Custom probiotics website for the d-lactate free probiotics, and get the Prescript-assist soil bacteria. Also, the Da Vinci all-zymes are excellent for helping to rebuild stomach acid, which people who have SIBO must be concerned about and rectifying. Will definitely keep Magnesium Glycinate Chelatet on hand!
Pros:These capsules are 150 mg, which is difficult to find.
