Works better than my sleeping pills I used to take

I was taking 6mg of Melatonin because I thought that was the maximum dose,then I heard about the 20mg dose of Vital Nutrients. It really gives me a good nights sleep. I no longer have to take sleeping pills and I actually sleep better.
