Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 tablets one hour before bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Keep in a cool, dry place, tightly capped.
