I've always had sleeping issues, and I've tried Melatonin in the past... but I have never had success. What's worse is that I feel groggy the next morning. A few years has past, and decided to give Melatonin another go. During the night, I woke up and I felt this horrible vibrating/buzzing/fuzzy feeling in my head. It was very scary!
I'm sure Melatonin has worked for some, but even when I cut doses to smaller amounts, Melatonin doesn't help me sleep. At larger amounts (e.g. 3 mg), I have side effects... and still can't sleep.
It's always worth a try if it can help, but I wanted to submit my experience to show that it may not necessarily be the right supplement for everyone.
