Vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin) 1000 mcg
Purified water, glycerin, polysorbate 80 cinnamon and cranberry flavoring and ionic copper solution.

Free of added starch, salt, wheat, gluten, corn, coloring, or dairy products.

Take 1 or more times per day; place 1 ml (1 dropper) under tongue, hold for 30 seconds and then swallow.

I was "prescribed" Methylcobalamin Vitamin B12 by my Naturopath once it was discovered that from my blood work I was deficient in B-12. It is very easy to take. I take 1 dropper full (1ml) in the morning. I hold it under my tongue for 30 sec and swallow. It tastes great- like cinnamon gum! I have been very happy with pure formulas. They have great prices with fast and free shipping. I ordered on a Friday and received it on Monday.
Pros:
Great Taste. Works well.
Cons:
Sometimes difficult to reach last of solution down in the bottle with the dropper.
