Great for mental and vision

I misunderstood the daily dosage of Micellized Vitamin A by Klaire Labs and took a dropperful rather than one drop. No ill effects at all. However, the blurry vision I have been experienced cleared up and my dry eye condition has much improved. My husband and I ordered this on Dr. Rowen's recommendation to take with Lithium for mental decline. It seems to cause a bowel problem for my husband if taken daily. The additional benefits for taking this form of Vit. A out-weigh the negative by far. A bottle will last a long time given the small dosage needed.
Pros:
Results visible at once.
Cons:
A bit of a laxative effect. This may be positive for many seniors with constipation problems.

Our family homeopathic physician recommended 5 drops daily in the a.m. with juice or your choice for our general health care protocol. I have been using Micellized Vitamin A for over two years and find that it critical to my regimen. If I travel and I forget my little Vitamin A dispenser, my skin quickly reverses to dry and blemished. As much as possible, wherever I go, it goes!
