My daughter and I love Mint Moringa tea. We are both lactose intolerant and appreciate the high calcium in Moringa teas. We both feel so much better with a cup of moringa twice a day. I highly recommend all the flavors of Moringa tea!
Pros:4 times the Calcium of a glass of milk; antioxidants; 4 times the Vitamin A of carrots; 4 times the fiber of oats; helps regulate hormones; 2 times the protein in yogurt; 3 times the potassium of bananas; safe and natural energy boost; and the list goes on and on!
Cons:There are no real side effects that I've found.
