These complete multis have been part of my routine for over a year and my doctor is pleased with my blood levels.
Pros:
I take 2 three times per day or 6 once per day. ITs gentle on my stomach either way.
Cons:
they are large and there are 6 for a full dose.
I would recommend this item to a friend.

I have only been taking the Multigenics with Iron for 3 months but I know without a doubt they are the best vitamin I have ever used. My husband started taking them and recommended I give them a try. He was right. I feel energized everyday.
